Is it just me, or is John Wick's Play Dirty (apart from some of the more aggressive language) pretty much an instruction manual for Fate?
Like leveraging Disads in Champions - that's what Aspects are and are explicitly for.

The great thing about Aspects as an alternative to Disads is that they shift the payoff for taking them from character gen to play, so you don't get resentment for them coming up.

Well, Aspects track back to some of the ideas he put forth in 7th Sea, so there's a high likelihood of cross-resonances there. :)

Ive loved Wicks stuff since 7th Sea. I have Play Dirty (part of a bundle) but never read it. Wheres the reading list Martha? Got a book to add! :)
