This is probably my favorite example of a Social Conflict from fiction. It covers all the bases:

1) The bouncer doesn't even initially enter the Conflict, until she's made it clear she won't leave and will create a scene.
2) We've got great stakes going on - he wants her to leave, she wants to get into the club.
3) Fantastic use of Rapport to Create Advantage, followed by a Provoke knockout.

Pretty much just like this... use a ton of Rapport to CA, then finish off with a single Provoke "What are you doing here?". Even if your Provoke is weak, the free invokes that you've built up should put you over the top.

So, mechanically speaking, one PC could build up multiple advantages, or create one Aspect and then create multiple free invokes on that Aspect, over a series of---what? exchanges? But the other NPC isn't really in opposition or defending, right?---and then invoke them all with a Provoke roll? I guess what I'm wondering about is how that would work with only one PC and because the NPC isn't taking any action/resisting the CAs.

Yeah as GM, if I saw the player performing multiple create advantages, I would have the npc start actively trying to stop it!
